To me, one of the most important factors in health is that you are comfortable with your body (man or woman). In addition to that, you should have enough energy and health to be comfortable in your life. You should be able to move up and down stairs, move around work and the house, workout, eat foods you like, all without stress and fatigue

[A tape measurer isn't necessary when how you look puts a smile on your face. If you wake up in the morning with a smile on your face when you look at your body, you're there.]
